Hi!  My name is Jennifer Kelleher.


I help motivated individuals achieve balance and reach their wellness-related goals in a way that's calm and sustainable.

One size does not fit all, which is why all of my clients get the individualized attention and protocol that they need for success.

During our time together, we will zoom in and out of the different areas of your life to understand where you are doing well, and where you need to dedicate more attention.  Then, we will determine the best ways to incorporate more of what you need, always breaking it down into simple and achievable action steps that you can effortlessly weave into your life.

My Training

I received my Health Coaching degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.


I studied with the world's top health and wellness experts including:

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and disease prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. In working with me, you will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that are best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

My Yoga certification is from NYC's Yoga to the People – a school internationally recognized by the World Yoga Alliance. The 200-hour training was taught by a well-rounded group of field experts and included a heavy foundation in anatomy, in-depth focus on and deconstruction of poses, hands-on supervised teaching, and deep exploration of the ancient yoga tradition beyond the asanas (poses), including breath work techniques, meditation, history, the chakras, Ayurveda, and so much more. 

My Pilates training was unique in that it was one-on-one. My master teacher led me through an intensive private, anatomy-focused program, which was followed by 108 hours of self-practice, observation, assisted teaching, supervised privates, and supervised teaching. This certification was completed at PMA-approved Gramercy Pilates in NYC.

I am currently enrolled in Heart of Herb's intensive certification program for Phytotherapy.
