Pineapple Matcha Smoothie

This balanced, mood-boosting blend (pineapple makes us happy... unless you're allergic to it, that is - sorry Krissy!) is anti-inflammatory and provides clean and sustained energy for lasting focus.

 

Packed with vitamin and minerals, along with all your essential macronutrients, this smoothie is sure to keep you feeling satisfied for hours!

 

Here's the recipe:

 

🍍1/2 banana
🍍 small handful frozen pineapple cubes
🍍 large handful kale
🍍 1/2 inch knob ginger
🍍 1 scoop greens superfood blend
🍍 1 tsp. matcha (I used Four Sigmatic's blend, which also has lion’s main)
🍍 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Parsley Health’s blend)
🍍 juice from 1/2 lime
🍍 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut yogurt
🍍 4 oz. coconut water
🍍 water
🍍 ice
